at888 Terms and Conditions – Everything You Need to Know Before You Play

Welcome to at888. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and at888 ("at888", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the at888 website at888.biz and all associated gaming services, promotions, payment facilities and customer support provided by at888.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific promotion terms published elsewhere on at888, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

Your use of the at888 platform in any form – including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or using any at888 customer support channel – constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms become effective from the moment you complete the at888 registration process. Your acceptance is recorded in the at888 system with a timestamp at the point of registration, and you may request a copy of your accepted Terms version through the at888 support team.

at888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are made that materially affect your rights or obligations, at888 will notify registered players via email and/or an in-platform notification. To be eligible to register and use at888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

at888 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity or location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until documentation is provided and verified.

Each person may hold only one registered account on at888 at any given time. Opening or attempting to open more than one account – whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods or IP addresses – is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances, including any winnings accrued.

When registering your at888 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and truthful information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC
• A valid Pakistani mobile number that you own and control
• A valid email address
• Your date of birth

You confirm that all information submitted during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate and not misleading. at888 may at any time request supporting documentation to verify the information on your account. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

at888 uses a Know Your Customer (KYC) process that requires all players to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Verification requires a photo of your CNIC (both sides). This process is standard practice across all legitimate gaming platforms and protects both at888 players and the integrity of the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your at888 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. at888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account and using a unique, strong password that you do not use for any other service.

You must not share your account access details with any other person or allow any other person to use your at888 account. Any activity carried out on your account – including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested – is your responsibility whether or not you authorised it, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to at888 support.

at888 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Minimum deposit amounts are Rs 500 for wallet-based methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Rs 1,000 for bank transfer and card payments. Maximum deposit limits vary by method and account tier as published in the Deposit and Withdrawal section of the at888 website.

All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. at888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source will be refunded and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

at888 does not charge any fees on deposits. Processing times are immediate for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and between 5 and 30 minutes for IBFT and card methods depending on your bank or payment provider.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted once your at888 account has completed identity verification (KYC). at888 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible, as required by anti-money-laundering regulations.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are Rs 500 for wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. Daily withdrawal limits are published in the Deposit and Withdrawal section of at888 and vary by account tier and payment method.

at888 charges no fees on withdrawals. Standard verified accounts processing Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals can expect funds to arrive within approximately 10 minutes. IBFT bank transfers take between 30 minutes and 2 hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals take 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

at888 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending:

• Completion of identity verification (KYC)
• Completion of bonus wagering requirements where a bonus is active
• A fraud or security investigation
• Receipt of satisfactory documentation requested by at888 under these Terms

Any winnings generated from funds deposited by a method other than your own registered payment account are subject to forfeiture, and the deposit amount returned to its source.

at888 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all at888 bonuses unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• One bonus per player, per promotion period. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or other means will result in forfeiture and account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is the amount of real-money turnover required, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g. 20× means you must wager 20 times the bonus value).
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance. Bets are placed from real-money balance first; bonus balance is used once real-money balance reaches zero, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Other game categories may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page at at888.
• Bonuses expire. All at888 bonuses have a validity period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period.
• at888 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, the existing claim is honoured under the terms at the time of the claim.

at888 may require a promotional code to activate certain bonuses. The promotional code must be entered during the qualifying deposit or at the point specified in the promotion's terms. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively.

All games available on at888 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG and are genuinely random. at888 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way that would disadvantage players beyond the published return-to-player (RTP) rates of each game.

Each game on at888 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

In the event of a technical fault, system error or game malfunction during play, at888 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game malfunction has caused incorrect credits or payouts to appear on your account, at888 reserves the right to correct the balance. Where a malfunction results in a player being unable to complete a game round that was in progress, at888 will typically restore the bet amount to the player's balance.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply on all at888 games and are displayed within the game interface or on the game information page. Placing bets that exceed the published maximum for a game may result in the excess being voided and returned to your balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on at888 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or providing false identity information
• Allowing any other person to use your at888 account
• Using any software, bot, script or automated tool to interact with at888 games or services
• Exploiting any software vulnerability, glitch or error in at888 systems for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of deposits or use of at888 for any illegal financial purpose
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name
• Abusing the at888 bonus system, including creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses
• Threatening, harassing or abusing at888 staff or other players through any channel

at888 employs fraud detection systems that monitor activity across all accounts. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will have their accounts suspended immediately and all pending withdrawals held pending investigation. Decisions regarding forfeiture or legal referral are made at at888's sole discretion following investigation.

at888 is committed to providing a gaming environment that is safe, fair and sustainable. We take responsible gaming seriously and provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your at888 account. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased for 24 hours to prevent impulsive decisions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the at888 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit or create derivative works based on any at888 content without prior written permission from at888.

The at888 brand name, logo and domain name at888.biz are trademarks of at888. Unauthorised use of these marks – including in any domain name, social media handle or promotional material – is prohibited and will be pursued under applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, at888 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the at888 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or gaming winnings due to technical failures, internet connectivity issues or game malfunctions
• Interruption of service for scheduled maintenance or unplanned outages
• Any action taken by at888 in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or forfeiture following a breach
• Your reliance on any information published on at888 that is subsequently found to be inaccurate

at888's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of your at888 account balance at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence.

at888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time where at888 reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms
• The account is being used for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
• The account is being operated by a person who does not meet the eligibility requirements
• The account's activities present a risk to the security or integrity of the at888 platform
• at888 is legally required to close the account

Where an account is suspended for investigation, at888 will notify the account holder where it is safe and appropriate to do so. The account holder may provide a response, which will be considered during the investigation. at888 aims to resolve investigations within 10 business days.

Where an account is permanently closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance associated with that breach (including bonus-related balances and any winnings generated through prohibited conduct) is forfeited. Balances associated with legitimate prior activity may be returned at at888's discretion following investigation.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting at888 support at support@at888.biz. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 2 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after verification.

at888 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements or business practices. When material changes are made, at888 will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms
• Send a notification to registered players via email and/or in-platform notification
• Make the updated Terms available on at888.biz at least 7 days before they take effect for material changes affecting player rights

For minor changes (such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors or changes that do not materially affect player rights), at888 may update the Terms without advance notice, though the updated date will always be revised.

It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to remain informed of any updates. Continued use of at888 after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
